Bring 2″ of water to a boil in a low pot.
Spray insides of poachers with Pam type spray.
Break eggs into poachers.
Lower heat to low-med.
Lower poachers into water.
Cover pot and adjust heat so that water is just at a simmer.
Cook 5-10 min, depending on preference of firmness of yolk.
Spray poachers with Pam and break eggs into poachers.
Poke egg with toothpick in several places.
Microwave on low for 3 min.
